Summary
A multi-featured, surface mount keyless exit alarm that sounds a
choice of loud siren tones when door is opened. Not a door lock. Battery
operated; no wiring needed. Can be installed on inswinging or outswinging
single or double doors. Case measures 8-7/8"h, 2-1/2:w, 2-3/8:d. Metallic
silver gray.
Detailed Description
Simple to install. Mounts at door edge; small magnetic actuator
(included) attaches to door frame. Alarm sounds when the magnetic field
between the base unit and the actuator is interrupted (triggered either by
opening the door or by attempted tampering).
Keypad access codes can be set for choice of 3 to 5 digits with three
levels of security authorization.
Alarm can be set to sound continuously, for two minutes or for two
seconds. There are three alarm choices (sweep, steady or pulse) and two volume
levels. In addition, the alarm can be set to arm immediately or be delayed to
allow for authorized entry and exit.
Uses standard 9 volt alkaline battery (supplied). Metal case with LED light,
base plate and mounting hardware included. Also inlcudes self-adhesive 4" x
10" door warning sign (shown below). 12 month manufacturer's limited warranty.
