Detailed Description
For interior-side use on right or left opening outswinging
doors. Includes magnetic actuator (not shown) for door frame. When armed,
disturbing the magnetic field by opening the door or tampering with the unit
sounds a loud 100 decibel alarm which requires mortise cylinder key (the lower
lock) to silence. For added security, Detex cylinder key (the upper lock) is
used to attach and remove the housing from its mounting plate. Simple
installation, since alarm unit and actuator are surface mount; includes
easy-to-use hard plastic template. When you buy from us, we include an
already-keyed mortise cylinder with Schlage keyway (or you may substitute
your own cylinder for keying alike with door locks).
LED visual and audible alarm indicators and low battery alert. Can be
set to automatically reset alarm upon closing door. Comes complete with 3-3/8"
x 11" peel and stick warning sign (shown above).
