Accordingly, our purchase order policy is restricted to benefit the majority of customers.
POs FROM GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER NON-BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
Effective June 3, 2009:
We do not accept purchase orders from any non-business entities unless accompanied
by check or credit card prepayment. For orders over $100,
we will gladly provide a pro-forma invoice upon request (merchandise will then
be shipped upon acceptance of payment).
POs FROM BUSINESSES
Effective August 15, 2009:
Orders from non-government business customers generally must be
prepaid. However, if your company is listed with Dun & Bradstreet, upon
approval, we will invoice with 30 day terms starting with your second
order (the first order must be prepaid). Please e-mail us and request a "New
Customer" form; allow 7-10 days for approval. Alternately, for any orders over
$100, we will gladly provide a pro-forma invoice upon request (merchandise
will then be shipped upon acceptance of payment).
TAX EXEMPT ORDERS
Non-California deliveries: We do not add tax to any orders for
delivery outside of California. Therefore, no tax exempt certification of any
kind is needed.
California deliveries: Please e-mail us (see "Contact Us" page)
and request instructions for placing a tax exempt order.
